Please try to avoid the mattress being compressed for long periods as this may compromise its self-inflation ability
Recommended Storage Methods
1. Place the mattress in a dry place in the unrolled and fully inflated state.
2. Place the mattress in the storage bag, then allow it to inflate there until it is pressed tightly upon the storage bag walls, then close the cover of the valve. When you want make use of the mattress, open the valve and set it to deflation. Manually push out the remaining air and take it out of the storage bag.
Do NOT store your mattress wet.

Orders that specify a remote location as their final destination may necessitate supplementary charges related to shipping, contingent upon the remoteness of the destination from our distribution centre and the logistical feasibility of delivery.
We wish to notify you of the availability of a limited warranty for a period of 45 days. Purchases made on our platform will be dispatched either via Amazon Fulfilment (MCF) or through our preferred method of dispatch from our warehouse. The choice of the carrier for your order to the provided shipping address will be at our sole discretion and/or Amazon's.

Order Placement: Please allow for a day of order processing, then;
Free Shipping: Your order is expected to reach the stipulated delivery address in a time frame of 6 to 14 working days.
Expedited Shipping: Your order is expected to reach the stipulated delivery address in a time frame of 3 to 5 working days.
Please be advised that instances of force majeure, such as natural catastrophes or public holiday traffic peaks, may induce a postponement of your order deliveries.
In circumstances where Expedited Shipping or Priority Shipping requests have not been fulfilled as expected, you have the right to apply for reimbursement of the corresponding supplementary shipping charges

We offer a 45 day limited warranty on selected items, if you are not satisfied with the product(s), you may return them within 45 days of ordering at the delivery address. In the event of a return, please contact our Lost Horizon Customer Support Team, as they would gladly assist you with this process. It is our intention to respond to all queries within a period of 48 hours. However, please be cognizant of potential delays that might occur during public holidays and other periods of high volume activity.
Returning your Item(s)
1. Contact our Customer Service Team via telephone call, email form, or Live chat with the request to return an item.
2. Attach or submit proof of purchase in the form of documentation and the reason why the return is requested. After a quick confirmation of the information provided, we will instruct you how to correctly handle the return process from your end.
Please note, that in the event of a return of item(s), the specific item(s) will be requested to be shipped to a warehouse location and will need to be further inspected for quality and/or resell-ability.
3. After having received the returned items, and the items have been deemed sellable by our fulfilment centre's inspection staff, we will process your return.
Depending on your bank or creditor, refunds should appear in your bank account within 1-2 business days.Items returned/cancelled due to incorrect order(s).
Orders that have been duly placed on Losthorizon.life which have remained unprocessed or unfulfilled at the time of a cancellation request, shall be exempt from any charges or additional fees imposed in connection with their cancellation.
In the event that an order necessitates return due to the provision of an inaccurate address, the ordering of an incorrect item, or reasons attributable to the customer, the customer shall assume sole responsibility for all costs incurred as a result of said return/cancellation, including but not limited to fees associated with shipping, handling and processing.
